Q. Is there a separate fee for anaesthetic services?

Anaesthetic services are billed independently of the surgeons and hospital fees. Often there is a gap (out of pocket) fee for your anaesthetic.

Q. What factors determine my anaesthetic fee?

Several factors are considered, including duration & complexity, speciak monitoring requirements, age & degree or urgency. The health fund you are with and the policy type also affect the anaesthetic fee.

Q. I can't open my emailed invoice/receipt or quote?

All emailed Invoices, Receipts and Quotes are sent in a PDF format and are password protected. The password is the patients DOB and needs to be entered in the following format XX/XX/XXXX

Q. How can I pay my account?

We have multiple payment methods. Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) via the secure link in the body of our invoice email or over the phone by calling our rooms on 02 7250 7361 OR Bpay, Bpay details can be found on the bottom left corner of the Invoice.
